Terrible office staff. In 2016 I took my first son in for a newborn appt with dr drake. She was amazing but the young girl in the office was so rude and nasty when I checked her she told me she apologize she was up late and didn’t get any rest. As if that’s an excuse to treat a new mom with a newborn baby ha. Ridiculous. I moved my son to a different office and almost 6 years later I’m calling around for a new pediatrician for my now 6 year old and 5 month old babygirl. I call this office again completely forgotten about my previous experience. But I noticed there was an office closer to my side of town. Low and behold yet again I get another rude young lady I believe her name is Anna but she wasn’t very polite and instead of being helpful she told me to check out the videos on the website and call back. when I was reminded of my previous experience she completely ignored that and asked if I wanted to continue or not. I’m definitely going to figure out who to contact to report the experience I’ve received.

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter to get shots to attend school. I called on 07/25/2022 and I was told she would not be able to be seen until April 2023. I explained that my child needed to be seen due to she would be turning 4 and needed vaccines to remain in school. She quickly placed me on hold for 10 minutes and never returned to phone. I will not be returning to this office and very unhappy with the service provided.

My children came to this office a year ago. I love it so much. My kids have Doctor Lane and he is Fantastic. The nursing staff and receptionist are always outstanding. It’s the best doctor ever. They are always professional, very relatable and easy to talk to. I’m so glad they were able to take my four kids since the doctor they had before retired. Sometimes when you are given a physican due to being on Medicaid it isn’t the best. But this office I don’t have that problem at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Dr Lazri has been my sons pediatrician for over a year, and we are beyond happy with him. The office is amazing they more than likely can get you in on the same day if your child don't feel well. Dr Lazri is amazing with our son very caring. Highly recommend him and this office.
