Having just re-signed my lease for another year I can say I'm extremely happy with Sanctuary Apartments! The staff are extremely polite, but more importantly helpful and informative!

Management has changed. They threatened to tow our car because it's difficult to park near the wheelchair ramp we built after my husband had a stroke. They left something on my windshield. I am a brand new caregiver who is under tremendous stress, and I now have to live in fear of losing my ability to get to work. We're still trying to find our new normal after having our lives turned upside down, and the place we've lived for the past seven years is threatening to take away our means to pay our bills, get to the doctor or pick up his medication. I don't have any family. I'm alone and everything is on my shoulders. I'm scared to death right now. I've already called the local news and I will be contacting disability advocates tomorrow. Brittney was a wonderful manager who was familiar with our situation and did everything to make us feel like this was still our home. She's gone. Do not move here.

They maintain perfectly the apartments. Really efficient. I want to thank specifically Brittany that left for an other position, Reece and Charlene. I’m really impressed on how they control everything. From pest control, to renovating all the staircases, the repainting of the street … the only thing that needs to be improved is the overflow of trash. Besides that I give them many thumbs up 👍🏽

Eh. lived here for 7 years. My rent has gone up 300$ even though no improvements have been made to the inside of the apartment nor amenities added (not to mention the shootings/attacks in the parking lot) . It takes maintenance at least 3 requests and a few months before they actually fix an issue. Maybe this is just how Augusta is nowadays. But they asked me to write a review. So here it is.

I occasionally hear my neighbor's dog barking, but it is pretty muffled. I've never heard my neighbor using appliances, but I think I've heard vacuums. Generally at night it is pretty quiet in the bedroom. Most of the noise you may hear will be from neighbor's talking on their balconies, which you can't do much about besides asking them to keep it down.
No they do not
Hi, DJ. We will only accept those with past evictions if the full amount has since been paid off. The credit report also plays a big factor in whether a person's application will be approved. I hope this answers your question.
Thank you for your interest. Our two bedroom apartments start at $919.
Hi, Jayla! Thank you for your question. Our qualifications are based on a background check, credit check, and that the leaseholder(s) make a combined income of three times the monthly rent. For full-time students, parental guarantors are accepted. Parental guarantors will need to have their credit checked and meet the income requirements. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 706-956-5188.
Hi, Kayla. Thank you for your interest. We only have one- and two-bedroom apartments. There is an income requirement that you must make a minimum of three times the monthly rent.
Hi Vanessa, We'd love for you to stop by the leasing office and see the community for yourself if at all possible. We're open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you'd like to give us a call first to see if we have a unit available to show, we can be reached at 706-364-6057. We hope to hear from you soon!
The last time I spoke to the leasing agents regarding breaking the lease early they said breaking the lease would take an extra month's rent as an early termination fee.
