Front office staff is nice. New maintenance staff is good. They host nice events for tenants. They're still overpriced in my opinion. Gate is broken often. There are lots of bats, spiders and wasps around here. The playground is miniscule. The interior of the apts could be better maintained.

**Long Post Alert** Ok, my husband and I moved into the Glen in November 2020. We utilized the bond option due to credit challenges at the time. Amy Benoit was our leasing agent and she was great to work with. We didn't have any issues. The only thing I didn't care for on move in was that we weren't able to see the unit before we moved in. There was a lot of damage to the counters from the previous occupants that had to be fixed during our moving in. It didn't take long, maybe a 3 days after move in and they were fixed. Doing the walk though 1 sheet is very important. It documents any damages to the apartment so you're not charged with those damages when you move out. Also, I don't believe there was a walk through with the previous residents before we moved in. Also, Toby the maintenance director and his staff were always very helpful and pleasant to work with. We were lucky to not have too many issues with our apartment, but when we did. He was right on it. I was able to see the work orders and what not. But I will say keep track of your work orders and what was done so you can have record of it upon move out. Parking was troublesome most days. It seemed to be worse on the weekends due to most people being home. But it wasn't nearly as bad during the week. We lived in the building closest to the mail center, so parking may very depending on your building location. Our upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy, but honestly, it's an apartment complex and you can expect that at some point. But we had no other issues with our neighbors. Lastly, our move out was interesting. We moved out at the end of our lease but we had a unique situation. The front office staff was willing to work with us as long as we communicated the situation. (Keep track of your conversations with Office Staff) we opted for the $99 cleaning fee which covered the carpet cleaning and cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms if the resident left them as is. My husband and I cleaned out those rooms (except for deep cleaning the carpets) but we were still charged for cleaning the apartment. Don't leave anything in the apartment or you will be charged for it. (we were charged $100 for leaving a foldable chair in the apartment) They also charge $25 for replacing the pan in the oven or you can replace it yourself, either way, you're still paying for it so..yea. All in all, our over all experience was good. I just wish moveout wasn't so "nickel and diming" like. You can be charged for a lot if you aren't careful. But the staff definitely does help as much as they can. But trust and believe the company wants their money regardless. So, I hope this helps.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. Stuff in the apartment has been broke and we have lived here for 4 months and it still hasn’t been fixed. My girlfriend popped her tire on a pot hole in that parking lot that’s almost impossible to avoid. We called and asked if they would cover it and they said if it happened at Walmart they wouldn’t cover it. Well yes but we also don’t pay $1600 a month to live at Walmart either! Then they say they are supposed to be fixed by the end of this week! YALL HAVE HAD 4 MONTHS TO FIX THEM, and I know they were here before we moved in. The two women Amy and Beth are the absolute worst and I dread every time we have to speak to them. The trash compactor has been down for 2 months, trash everywhere. This place is the worst experience I have ever had with a living situation. Would give negative stars if I could.

Really perfect place the live. The maintenance staff here are great and I have enjoyed living here for the last couple of years! Gym is a little small but the pool is nice and the valet trash service is timely.
