Customer service is terrible. We brought our campervan in for repairs of broken items that should have been found during the 1 week "prep period" after our purchase. We arranged for a repair appt and my wife drove 2 hours to the Davis lot. BTW, many phone calls were not returned ... this was a 1 month process to scedule. They had arranged for all of the noted parts to be available for our visit. It turns out that they did not have shore water connector that we needed. They told my wife that she would need to schedule another visit. I was livid when heard this and spoke with the person in charge of repairs at the Davis fscility. I asked her if they could remove a good connector from a van on the lot and install it on ours - the answer was no. I called the LaMesa headquarters and spoke to someone "more important": he cslled the Davis facility and told them to do the switch. No was were we going to make anothr 4 hour round trip (plus hours of waiting).
I agree. They are nothing but trouble
