Very streamlined, fast, and experienced! Private room to be with your pets depending on what you're there for. Some of the vet techs who aren't super sure what they're doing call over the more experienced vets so I felt pretty assured being there with my pets.

The girl who answered the phone was very rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by calling for a new patient appointment. She also stated they charge $700-800 to neuter a 20 pound dog… which is triple what we’ve been quoted at other vets. Definitely taking our business elsewhere. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but definitely a bad first impression..

It meant a lot to me to take my cats to a good vet for once. I know they have their best interest at heart and answer all my questions especially about meds. They have a genuine love for animals too and I appreciate that too.
