This location is amazing. The doctors and staff really listen and demonstrate care, concern, and love for our 3 dogs. They are meticulous in explaining all services being performed, the costs, and take the time to fully explain test results and recommended follow-up care at home or at the vet. Dr. Lung really stands out but the entire team including Dr. Diaz as well as the vet assistants and reception staff are all outstanding!

We saw Dr Lung on an emergency basis on a Saturday with our Doberman who had a broken toe and the whole staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Would recommend!!

I have been going here for awhile now. Wendy is amazing, she makes me a human feel really comfortable and the way she treats the pets that come in, I can only imagine if they could talk, they would rate her 6 stars! The location is well located and has a friendly vibe to it. They have these cute house plants with names as decor which makes it stand out from the corporate vibe. The care is thorough and patient. I ask tons of questions and they work with me to make sure I can afford and support my pets care.

I’ve been using Banfield for my dogs for over 3 years. The front desk staff is always nice and I love Dr. Diaz. I’ve been to other vets and they charge a lot more. I understand how it can be frustrating to go in and be told you have to pay for all of these things the vet is suggesting. Dr. Diaz understands and never pushes me to do something I really can’t afford unless it’s necessary. I always have a choice. Our babies can’t tell us exactly what it wrong so they have to rely on tests and unfortunately those can cost a lot of money.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
