In short, our experience was stellar! Their entire team from the cleaning crew to maintenance to managers were super personable and friendly and really seemed motivated to making our stay enjoyable. (Kudos to Samantha, Gary and Logan for the great experience) We lived at one of their buildings (330 E Mill Plain Blvd Vancouver, WA 98660) on a 9 month lease. And my girlfriend and I couldn't have asked for better living experience. At the time we moved in, it was brand new building and our property manager gave us a smooth move-in, always communicated what was expected of us, always communicated what building amenities were being added and which issues were being addressed (elevator fix, rooftop patio features being installed). Maintenance request always got addressed within a day for us (and there wasn't too many since it was a new building). Upon move out, deposit was handled quickly. I know I sound like a fan-boy but I was genuinely thoroughly impressed by their property team which I never thought I would say!

Everyone here works hard and has our Residential and Commercial tenants best interests at heart. I have seen this first hand. Whether a small task or large, iv never seen individuals more willing to take care of the people in our town. The Al Angelo Company gives back to our community constantly. They show employees so much love and act as if we are one big family.

They take good care of their properties, but make sure you have an attorney review your lease. The leases are all about them and they dont care about you. I was a commercial client of theirs and unfortunately had to break the lease about 80% of the way through it. I stayed in communication with them to try to negociate a buyout, but as we were talking Nicole all of a sudden stopped responding and said they already sent me to collections. I then hear from a collection company stating i owe an inaccurate amount to some company ive never even heard of but they were claiming it was related. Al Angelo Company needs to get their stuff together. Now i have to fight with a collection company because of inaccurate information.

As a commercial tenant of the Al Angelo Company, we have experienced nothing but excellent service. The staff is always very responsive to any needs or requests, and very willing to assist in any way possible. After hours emergencies have always been handled swiftly.
