I love what this place is about.....serving the people and the families. However, i am disappointed in the rejection of clothing and products they are accepting. I take pride in my donations but i am sure not everyone does. Yes, my donations have been previously worn and not new with tags on them but they are clean, folded, packed neatly and with respect for the staff and individuals that need to display them. It would be helpful if NVFS published why they are rejecting items. What NVFS rejects I just provide to another donation center.

SERVE is not able to take prepared food.
My freezer went out been trying To call have called several numbers and there’s no one to answer the phone and it says do not leave a message is there anywhere else I can donate this frozen food to before it becomes no good who can I call?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept donations for the Clocktower Thrift Store at our Manassas campus. We hope to have thrift store donation events/popups in areas around the region in the future. Thank you for thinking of us though!
Call serve and ask if they have any beds available. Or you can walk in and explain to them your situation. Also make sure you have some form of ID because they will do a background check on everyone who's 18 and older.
Are you considered Prince William county, if so . I'm pretty sure that they do....
