Please ask about a delivery fee before agreeing to an inflatable rental. They had confirmed the pricing on the inflatable and stated they needed half down to reserve. I was literally about to read our my card number when they tell me how much the deposit is and it was much higher than expected. When I questioned it, they admitted they added a $150 delivery fee (over half the cost of the rental itself) and never mentioned this fee. I immediately ended the transaction and rented the same inflatable from another company in the area with no hidden fees.

Very happy with the service I relieved! Communication was excellent, I knew when my delivery was coming and when they were on the way to pick up. My 7 year old loved the jousting arena for his party.

You should call them.
They have, what they call, open play on different days. Open play is for everyone. Check their website for days that are not available for open play. They usually have parties on weekends, so it's usually safe to say they have open play every day during the week.
