Please ask about a delivery fee before agreeing to an inflatable rental. They had confirmed the pricing on the inflatable and stated they needed half down to reserve. I was literally about to read our my card number when they tell me how much the deposit is and it was much higher than expected. When I questioned it, they admitted they added a $150 delivery fee (over half the cost of the rental itself) and never mentioned this fee. I immediately ended the transaction and rented the same inflatable from another company in the area with no hidden fees.

Very happy with the service I relieved! Communication was excellent, I knew when my delivery was coming and when they were on the way to pick up. My 7 year old loved the jousting arena for his party.
