My review is for the parts department. I found all the parts (15 of them) on the Trigreen/Deere website but I couldn't see prices and availability for most. I called and got right to an actual human without "pressing dos for Espanol" or anything. The guy who answered, Mike Law, said I could email the order to him and he'd get back to me. Not even two hours later, he called, and they had everything in stock! I had several duplicate parts because I wasn't sure if it'd be better (cheaper) to repair my leaky carb or replace it. Mike figured that out and advised me accordingly. I could tell he really knew his stuff. I cannot even emphasize enough what an excellent customer service Mr. Law provides. So glad to have the Trigreen store in Hendersonville, and very glad they have Mike!

I would go to the parts counter. Those fellows are E really busy and extremely helpful. Ask for Rick at Hendersonville location. He has been with trigreen for over 25 years.
