This location in Reston, VA has the absolute WORST customer service. First, the grooming rep Anna hung up on me when I called to ask why my appointment was wrongfully and unjustified in cancelling, while I was in route& arriving 15 minutes early. So instead of trying to help she talks over me, gets rude and then hangs up. Really? Id say 0 in customer service skills. Then after that debacle I get to the store and the mgr doesnt help either. His rudeness and non chalant attitude was unacceptable. He didnt even care that his rep hung up on me and actually defended her actions. I was dumbfounded and floored at this belligerent and intentional rude behavior by both these reps of Petsmart. Its completely unacceptable and Ive never been treated this rudely. They obvious need extensive training in customer service. I will be filing a complaint following this to ensure no other customer has to ever be treated this way by this Reston, VA store. Which has the worst grooming rep Anna, and her ignorant manager. 😒

Walked in with my dog hoping to make appt to have her nails trimmed, and they did it right then and there. Michele and her co-worker took special care of my elderly, deaf beagle, and discovered if they gave her a snug hug, she tolerated the whole nail trim process much better. Kudos to them, they have our business, from now on.

The place is always clean and has good variety of dogs’ food. However the prices on treats and food are 90% mislabeled and shows different price at the register. I have been coming for over 5 years to this store, and I always have to proof the cashier that pricing is different or show them the location where I took the item. As long time consumer feels that I’m asking for “trust.” Then cashiers show “attitude” as if they are doing me “a favor” for fixing the price. I think this is huge issue, when prices are not aligned. Again this same issue happened to me so many times in 5 years I am forced to write a negative review. Hoping that managers take action. Thanks.

The employees here are very helpful. Stacey showed me some hamsters at 50% off because they have been there 4 months. They were pretty big considering I am used to Roborovskis which are very tiny. Stacey was very patient and nice, and she ended helping me with my pickup online order. I don't shop at petsmart much, and it's amazing how covid has impacted even pet stores. Looks like the winning businesses are those that contribute to political campaigns 🙄

I didn't see any when I there on Monday, but I wasn't looking either. I suggest you call the store directly and ask.
They may be closed for some other reason. Keep in mind, this is a forum of users, not the store site. You are correct that things listed hours show them open until 7 tonight, so they either closed early for some reason or they have the wrong recording on their answering machine.
Not sure. Check out their website or call their store number and see if they mention it.
