I use to live at this place and I must say it was a very, very bad experience. There are a lot of trouble making people at this location. The African-American females are so rude and loud. They always ran to the security guards at the podium lying on other African-American men that they really knew anything about. This was the way of showing how much they hated African-American men. I could ne er understand why they hated their own men so much but they are the first ones to yell Black Lives Matters when a white man kills one. Sounds very contradicting to me. I assume they meant to say "Black Lies Matter" because that is definitely their favorite thing to do.

I lived here from 10/2012 to 10/2014. Mr. Tau was great. Ms. Telma was awesome. Janitorial staff were always nice; especially Victor. I referred 4 people to submit their applications, and all were approved and in short order-no more than 1 month time elapsed before they moved in. If you're looking for a good, clean, and safe economy apartment to rent downtown LA; sec-8 or market rate this is it. AFFORDABLE HOUSING!!! i HAD NO INFESTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHILE LIVING THERE. MATTER OF FACT, THEY CAME AND INSPECTED AND SPRAYED EVERY 6 MONTHS.

I needed a place so bad to stay after being homeless for nearly seven months. A lady that works in the management office named Ms. Thelma was so nice to me. She assisted me in all my needs and placed me in one of the nicest and largest apartments in the building. Nobody bothers me, my neighbors are quiet and there is no loud music, no rats, the management fumigates bi monthly and no one comes in my apartment without 24hr notice.

Thank u if anyone has it mental i live there and dont have their phne#even listed thats not professsional… bed bug infested shithse
Yes, and its pretty nasty. No air conditioning, its beyond basic, only a narrow hallway from the doorway to a tiny room which is slightly bigger than a jail cell, overlooking a junk infested courtyard looking across from the other side of the building and loaded with cockroaches and bedbugs. My brother loves iy there because he is mental, maybe higher end autistic, but functional enough to survive. You need to buy an air conditioner that vents the air outside through a duct to the air conditioner. Otherwise its unbearable hot in the summer and at night time due to lack of air flow. The room has enough room for a double bed, a small dresser or stand for a microwave, maybe room for shelves, a small bathroom with a sink and tiny shower stall. A tiny hall broom closet behind the door. You need a rack to hang clothes if you want to walk around it. The room is about 8x8 or 8x9 at best. Some of the better bigger rooms might have a small kitchenette. Must have been the Suites at one time
I don't know anything about the Hayward hotel but I do know about biltwell roofing.
