DO NOT RENT OR MOVE IN HERE !!!!. THEY OVER PRICE LITTLE APARTMENTS THAT GIVE YOU TO MANY ISSUES. THEY RAISE THERE RENT EVERY YEAR. BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT UNTIL HAVE SIGNED WITH THEM. THEY DO NOT OFFER ANY PARKING. SO RESIDENTS HERE ARE CONSTANTLY OBTAINING TICKETING CITATIONS

In terms of security, they don't work. I rented a paid space and there was often someone occupying my space, I spoke to security and they never came, sometimes my 5-year-old boy fell asleep waiting for security to arrive, in the end I had to go look for parking for what was he talking to the tow truck and they couldn't get there they said if security didn't talk to them.

Cockroach city. The owners are based out of Miami, a parasitic property owner that will never fix anything. Careful with parking. They never have the money to fix much needed repairs but they have their own towing money because they make a lot of money off towing cars at this property

Maintenance tech. Was friendly and did a good job repairing our order (it did take months for it to be completed since 1st round of putting it in, it was noted as completed, when no one showed up). 2ND time submitting the order also took a bit but it wasn't urgent so it was understandable. When submitting an emergency order, they have been completed right away and have done a good job.
