I lived in a one-bedroom unit at the Plaza for close to a year. I had a great experience overall! The building is well maintained and safe. The unit itself was large, clean, and recently renovated. I had absolutely no issues with it. The building's rooftop with a hot tub and lounge area was a nice plus. As for the staff they were super kind and resourceful. Gisela is quick to reply whenever you have a question and she will do everything she can to help. Selena who I got to meet a few weeks before leaving was just as kind. Both of them even helped me find someone to take over my lease. The negative reviews could not be more inaccurate. I would recommend leasing here to anyone who wants to live in Westwood

The Plaza Westwood is safe with security entrances and office staff in the lobby during business hours 7 days a week. The building is kept clean and well maintained with multiple full time maintenance workers. All personnel, both office and facility, have been responsive and friendly. I've been very happy living here. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Great management love the apartment! The manager and assistant manager (Gisela and Maricela) are super sweet and very nice. Any problems you have they resolve quickly and efficiently. Maintenance is 7 days a week and the facility is incredibly clean ( literally bleach the elevators and floors and walkways almost daily!) Ignore the negative reviews honestly I never wrote reviews but once I saw how inaccurate some of Plaza’s reviews were are I had to write one! This is definitely the only place in Westwood I would ever want to live in.

Probably the worst place I have lived. We had pests and that issue never got resolved. The front desk lady Gisela is incredibly rude and unwelcoming and unhelpful. And finally, 3 months after our move out date they tried to get additional money from us, racking up charges out of no where and saying that we owed them money for rent when we already paid. They take advantage of college students and it was especially discouraging during covid time, where many leasing offices go out of their way to accommodate their tenants. Don't move here.
