The apartment is so bad but the homeless guy at the back of the building doesn’t let us sleep every night…. I wish I never took this unit because I literally don’t enjoy my money or rent.. I have called the office but their response is never nice… They make me feel like I’m stressing about it but I doubt they understand I’m not getting my value worth… At this point I really don’t mind canceling my lease of moving to another unit because I am not getting the worth of the amount I pay to live here… Work on your customer service and try to attend to us because we humans and we deserve to enjoy what we pay so much money for. The elevator is always malfunctioning… it’s trash around here… latest update just imagine moving out and notifying Thai people through email because their office has been closed all year but then when I moved in the office was fully functional, they closed the office without a notification… This wicked hearts charged me $7000 after my move got charged I have no idea about… do everything possible to avoid this place

I have been living here since August 2021 and have been absolutely loving it! Carmen, one of the cleaners here, is amazing. She's always so sweet and friendly with everyone. Plus, she does a great job at keeping the building clean.

I was one of the first tenants in this building and management was great moving in. Since they are no longer onsite it does make it much more difficult to get some things done. However, Carmen and the maintenance crew are amazing. They are always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to take care of you. Carmen keeps all the amenities spotless and is always so great!

This place is a terrible place to live!! Don’t ever move in there unless you like loud music and screaming noises every single day until 2-3 AM. The elevator always smells like weed and is always so dirty because people leave trash all the time. People that don’t ever live there throw parties in the terrace and stay there until really late with extremely loud music. There is also someone at the pool every single day playing loud music for many hours! It’s not a peaceful place at all if you are looking for that. After multiple complaints from multiple people nothing has changed. I don’t recommend that place.
