Recommended for 1-2 people since it's a very small restaurant with only 2 tables with 4 seats, with the rest being booths for 1 or 2 people. Other than that and a small selection of Ramen and sides, the Ramen they serve here is very rich and creamy on its own. The Chashu maybe lacking, but they make up for it with a variety of table condiments of Chili Oil, Tare(Ramen Sauce), White Pepper, Sesame seeds, Fried Garlic, and a strong jar of Garlic Paste to add to the already rich Ramen broth. It's a really cozy place to eat with curtains available for the booths of 2 or 4 for some minor privacy and is the only Ramen shop in downtown Seattle to close at 2am.

This ramen shop specializes in two different types of ramen. Their main focus is the clean, rice and flavorful broth, henceforth the small menu. You order at the counter and they ask you to take a seat in one of their booths. I like the curtain as it keeps it private. The one experience is neat and the decor is simple. Come here for the clean broth, you will go home feeling happy.

+ Not salty at all but still extremely rich in flavor, likely thanks to the restaurant sticking to “no-MSG”. Tried both broth. Both were amazing. + Unique and creative Lobster salad. Definitely recommend trying that. + Great noodle texture. On the firm side. ~ Chashu (pork) was just ok. However with this amazing broth it doesn’t matter. ~ Slightly pricy but well worth it. Best ramen I’ve tried in Seattle area. I would come to eat here every day had I still live here.

First time tried this ramen place. We ordered the basic ramen. The broth and ingredients were very fresh and salty at all. It’s a small restaurant. Highly recommend this taken place!!

I don't believe that they do. Betsutenjin is famous for their pork bone broth, which they use in every ramen they make, as far as I'm aware.
