People working there are really friendly and helpful. Not a big fan of choice of clothes they sell .My granddaughter was shopping there . I had to watch what she was picking out . Devil on some of the clothes .

Staff were super nice although not too willing to help me find specific items. At one point an associate wished me "good luck" as I searched for a specific t-shirt they thought they had. It is what is it, a store for a specific type of style and interest. However, I found what I needed and the associates were able to exchange it for me and were super nice about it, even considering COVID. This store does not seem to be cheap but I believe that is because the products and labels they sell are not readily available any other place locally. Anyway, I found what I needed and the overall staff engagement was positive. I did have to wait for people to leave before I could go in but its a good thing since this store is small. I'd imagine even smaller than other Hot Topic stores and even Spencer's. Happy Shopping!
