Years ago these folks were the best and took great care of our animals. Now you can't be with your animal when they are in this vet's grasp. Today I received as part of a mass mailing from them that they require you prepay $77 nonrefundable to make an appointment. I always pay my bill but I don't want to hand out a credit card over the phone to anyone. Do they pre-pay to get a haircut appointment? A lawyer appointment? A restaurant reservation? Speaks a lot about the practice. I expect the husband side with his clinic will soon do the same. Looking for new vets!

Worst place i have ever been and i have lived all over the country. after going their the first time they claimed we weren't even customers and had no records . They messed up med orders and try to blame their inefficiency on their customers . The office was the most ill run and inefficient I have ever seen . They lost part of the records from a vca hospital and claimed they never received them. They claim they were cursed out by my 80 yr old church going mother...that never happen . We waited forever in room for our last appt. The doctor seemed fine when she finally arrived but i am glad they sent my records which they put extra dishonest comments on which I recopied and removed . ANY REBUTTAL ON HERE WILL BE A LIE .They lie to cover up their ineptitude
