Very happy with our visit. We paid a premium for services, but everyone is so professional and kind! Lisa was amazing and thorough, and the vet was knowledgeable and very nice. My only hang up is they were more expensive than other vets, but they are also very efficient, timely, professional, and obviously pros in their field.

We have been going to Plaza vet for 24 years and have always been extremely happy. This visit in the new location was a bit different. Smaller waiting room is a bit more chaotic, less room to keep animals separated. There is more staff behind the counter, who were too busy doing ?? To really interact with the people with animals. The doctor, came in, did not introduce themselves, gave a 2 min-“the test for heart worms was done, she weighs 17.6 lbs.”. That was it. I didn’t even know it was a doctor-had to ask the tech who it was!! Really disappointed.

The staff is very professional and attentive. Our 2 dogs were treated with care and were not intimidated by the staff interacting with them. Our veterinarian Dr. Wallner, was great at answering questions and going over what to expect and the treatment appropriate for our dogs.
