I was visiting a client here but let me tell you this condominium is Ultra Luxurious, Simply Marvelous! All the amenities you could think of and even some more that you haven't, it's in a fabulous location of downtown Clearwater Beach that's literally across the street. The community is guarded and gated so security is ultra tight but the atmosphere is still so relaxed, quiet and peaceful.

I worked here and the property is gorgeous. It's an excellent location because you can walk down to Pier 60 or you can have nice peace and quiet at the beach across the street. The buildings are well maintained and very secure. A couple of the units that I have been in were so fabulous beyond belief and the people who lived there where extremely nice. If you have that kind of money to spend for a place on the beach Belle Harbor would probably be my first choice. They have a fitness room, secure parking, an absolute beautiful area sheltered by the pool with a huge fireplace and TVs. The docks are well maintained and secure for your boat with deep water. The community party room is top notch.
