Very sketchy men they said we had one key and yet they were able to get in while we weren't and they didn't move or fix anything so we don't know what they did the guys are really weird it's a decent place but i do NOT trust these creepy men

The place we stayed in felt very unsafe. It did not match the pictures or the description at all. Sadly, we had no other choice but to stay there due to money issues and nothing else available. We immediately noticed ceiling tiles missing in the downstairs lobby with wires hanging out. We assumed they were just renovating, but after seeing everything we noticed the two nights, that was not the case. We were sent to a room, given the code, and walked into someone else’s stuff in it. Once I called we were given another room and here is what happened with that one. There were signs posted saying not to AIRBNB the condo out, which was very sketch to us. The washer in our room was so dirty. It had not been cleaned out, as was the dryer. We were missing remotes for the lights. One of the rooms had a lamp just sitting on the floor with no table underneath. We had 2 rooms that the lights did not work in. There was a broken chair, that had been poorly put back together, luckily we noticed it before anyone sat on it. There were mismatched curtains in rooms, like they just put up what they had available. The smoke alarm in the living room went off several time in the middle of the night. The shower in the master bedroom, when you turned it on, it started to flood the floor. We also saw several bugs while we were staying there. During our stay we were locked out of our room, due to the fact that we were only given a key for the bottom lock and no code for the top. Once we called to let them know we needed a code. It was 15 minutes before I had to call back and demand they stay on the phone to give us our code. And we were finally able to get in. Overall, this is the worst AIRBNB experience I have ever had. The person we spoke to, after leaving a review, then proceeded to lie and call names.
