When paying close to 6,000 dollars for a room you think you’d have the respect to not have a construction crew work above your room all day starting at close to 7:30 in the morning for the past two days. Obnoxiously loud drilling coming from the ceiling that vibrates your whole condo. I get work needs to be done but, the right thing to do would be not to book someone in the room underneath all the work or simply hire a mid day crew when most people are out at the beach not trying to sleep. Pretty pathetic

Initially I was nervous taking children after not receiving the lease agreement until after the no refund period. However, everyone was very nice and we didn't have any issues with "stuck up old people". Infact I think I was more worried about the kids behavior than they were. Everyone seemed to enjoy having the kids around, and there were plenty others there as well. Even had a lady comment on loving having the children there. Also it seems that they may have changed things and put temporary renters in a different building than the residents, and maybe that is why our experience was so much better than some of the other reviews.

Security here is rude and unprofessional and doesn’t wanna work I pay good money to be here on vacation and rather not have security arguing with you to open the gate when u have a paper in the window saying when u are aloud to be here I would like to have the owner of the security people contact info because dude needs to be fired this happened on July 9th 2022 around 1:15-1:30pm
