I shop here a decent a.ount fir my daughter. They always have a good selection and I like the products. The reason I am leaving a review is because of the women that helped me today. She was so helpful and made sure I knew where everything was. I am not always in my element shopping for girls toddler apparel but this women went above and beyond!

This rating actually has nothing to do with the quality of the store or it's products. Whenever I come in there is always a warm greeting; and when I check out, I am always offered a membership/credit card. Yesterday my husband and I decided to have dinner out. As we sat, I recognized a few of the faces that were walking in. A little later upon sitting there, I overheard them hysterically laughing about something (a bit loud I might add) It turns out, they were watching another employee fall and hurt them self and since everyone was laughing I assumed the victim was not there. The main young lady that was showing off the video also rambled about being put on different medicines and not being able to drink alcohol with it...then proceeds to drink alcohol. What shocked me the most was the fact that she completely assumed that the one and only other black person sitting at the table had some sort of relation to the waitress serving them and attempted to make a joke of it. The tension so was thick you could cut it, I physically felt mood change. I've seen the young woman give direction in the store a while back, so I am SURE that she is in management. I am extremely appalled with this behavior, and I just wanted to share my experience because this is not an impression that I am used to receiving with Carter's. It's 2022 we need to do better
