I moved to Eaglerock Woodbury in 2018, my 4 years there were great. From the beginning, Nancy and the office staff were very friendly and professional. If I ever needed anything repaired it was addressed immediately. The community is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are large and I fortunately was on an end unit so additionally I had plenty of sunlight. The only thing that was an issue is that the walls are thin... you can sometimes hear your neighbors. Otherwise my experience there was great.

I initially left a glowing review, I was so happy with my experience renting my apartment. Upon living here for 2 years, my opinion has drastically changed. I advise anyone to think very long and hard before renting from Eagle Rock and take the negative reviews seriously. At first impression, it seemed to be a beautiful luxury apartment complex and I was thrilled to live here. Until the first major rainstorm. The entire block was completely flooded with about 3 feet of water due to poor drainage and improper grading. My car was flooded once, $1000 in damage. Then, it happened again this past weekend to my brand new 2 month old car...$1800 in damage. At the same time, I had company over and his car was flooded as well. I was told by management that I was the only one this happened to. Upon asking some of my neighbors, 8 have had flood damage to their vehicles. One evening upon arriving home, my street was blocked by a black BMW, belonging to a resident down the street submerged in water. My neighbors daughter had 2 cars damaged. This is an atrocity and should NOT be an issue considering the price of the rent that is paid to live here. It is advertised as luxury living and I can tell you Eagle Rock is FAR from luxury for many reasons beyond the flooding that I won't get into now. I cannot afford, nor can most people in these economic times, to have to worry about a ceased engine or major water damage every time it rains. I can't comprehend why this is not addressed and resolved. When I attempted to move my car when I saw the rain, the water was already at my knees and it was too late. I will be seeking legal retributions for this but I just wanted to warn anyone considering renting from Eagle Rock that owns a vehicle, DON'T! Unless you plan to spend thousands of dollars on repairing water damage. What a shame that an establishment as well known as Eagle Rock would allow their residents to live under these continued dangerous and stressful conditions this causes every time it rains. Very and very humiliating for Eagle Rock. Shame on you! Do the right thing and take care of this horrific situation for many vulnerable tenants. I am not just speaking for myself, I am speaking for numerous tenants who are frustrated and have had it with this situation.
