Walked in two weeks ago and was able to get right in for a Olaplex treatment. Lupita was my stylist & she was awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly, personable and engaging. Not that fake phony forced nice. (You know the kind you get at that fast food place that says, "it's my pleasure". Will definitely be back! Some of the other Ulta stores could learn a thing or two from this location.

I’ve shopped at this Ulta since 2015 and on Saturday 9/17 I went in and David helped match my new foundation. I was so impressed, he got it perfect on his first try. After having a horrible experience at Sephora in the same shopping center, he really did an amazing job. Best experience I’ve ever had at any Ulta store. 10/10.

Truly terrible hair cut and bad overall experience. I have gone to the ulta in loveland a few times and I was always thrilled with my hair. I decided to save myself the drive and I regret my decision. To start, I paid for the signature cut which includes a 10 minute leave on treatment. My stylist left mine on for less than 5. I have a subtle a-line about shoulder length. I just asked to have my style cleaned up. She ruined my cut completely. She clearly did not understand how to properly execute the cut. The entire time I was there my stylist was talking very casually and loudly with the co-workers and it made it feel like a beauty school class room. They would frequently back away from cutting my hair to laugh at a joke or talk to someone else. They were booked for another cut after me, so my stylist had her next client sit right behind me. She then complained about the amount of time an a-line cut takes and it was very awkward. With the next customer waiting impatiently and my stylist obviously in other her head, I said I liked the cut and got out of there asap. I have an appointment scheduled with an independent salon to fix this disaster.
