This has to be the worst doctors office on the planet. You will wait for what seems like half a day. Customer service is at a zero. Update: I WENT BACK AND HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH DR ARANGO. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL CARING, CALM AND HE CHECKS YOU FOR EVERYTHING. TURNS OUT BAD EXPERIENCE IS DOCTOR SPECIFICALLY THAT I HAD. IF YOU GO PLEASE GO WITH DR ARANGO HE IS ACTUALLY THE VERY BEST.

If i could give none I would. This the most unprofessional staff. They need to be truly bilingual. They are extremely rude. I just called to get clarification on a document received in the mail about lab work with no instructions of what it was for as no specimens were given. The person answering the phone could not give a good explanation of what is was for and at my appointment did not make any mention of receiving this in the mail and what to expect. She then proceeded to say I was stupid for calling about it and hung up the phone. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The amount of 1⭐️ Reviews that this office has received is not by coincidence. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not come here if you are looking for a doctor’s office that is efficient and attentive to your needs. The office staff runs a circus and no one there knows the proper protocols for anything. Just as previous comments have mentioned, you will have much difficulty making an appointment and even more difficulty requesting a referral, if needed. Ms. Terry, the referral coordinator, does not do her job. She does not answer her phone nor does she return calls. The office manager tries her best but falls short where everyone else lacks. You will have to micromanage and call 20+ times and it’s still likely will not have your needs met. Save yourself or your loved one the headache and go somewhere else. Offices like this do not deserve be in the “helping profession.” DISAPPOINTED.
