I live on the other side town and needed to know the price and i called the store to get some price before i waste my gas.The rep stated that they are not allow to give prices over the phone!! this is ridiculous ....how does that make sense !! whosoever came up with is ,is dumbbbbb!! its inconvenient to customers.....I dont care for whatever reason it is

I am a VIP member, have been going to that location for ten years now, and have spent massive amounts of money there for my family & I over the years. NEVER have I been disrespected like today. My girlfriend and I went in for her to buy three headbands, bars of black soap, and a few hair care products. Malik, the head in charge of the store, barked at my girlfriend to not come down an aisle that he was restocking. She was at the endcap grabbing some items and his rudeness and unprofessionalism was blatantly uncalled for. After she asked him for some help, he said "just don't come down this aisle" to which she replied that he didn't have to be rude at which point he retorted that he wasn't obliged to sell her anything. We put all of our items down right where we were and proceeded to walk to the front to get his name. The heavy-set young woman with box braids behind the cash register (we did not get her name, thus the description) had an awful attitude as well and proceeded to tell us that she didn't even see us enter the store..... what an insignificant thing to say, especially considering that WE'RE CLEARLY in the store so she must have not been paying attention...... Anyhow, she was just as rude which is not surprising because everything stems from the top and management. If Malik is rude like that, it's no surprise that his employee is as well. I overheard Malik belittle and talk rudely to a woman who asked him if he spoke Spanish as well. Malik clearly doesn't know anything about proper communication, which is one the biggest things in life, and the main part of customer service. When he said he did not have to sell us anything, we also reserve the right to not spend anymore money there either. We left his poorly ran business, left a voicemessage for corporate as they are closed on the weekends, and will follow up on Monday, including an in-person visit to corporate if necessary. As a business owner who has built multiple six figure a year companies, I would NEVER have an individual like Malik represent my business and deal with customers.

As a male who does not visit beauty supply stores frequently I must say this store is great. Every time I have needed shaving accessories they have it on stock. The staff is friendly and always available to assist.

Love them! Huge selection of products, helpful staff. And if you get the VIP membership it's totally worth it-- you save lots of money!!! Just renewed mine for a second year and i got a hat as a free gift!
