Been waiting since Jan for a probate lawyer. They don't believe in helping poor Veteran's widows. I reattempted in March nothing done since March what a worthless organization. Poor Veteran's widows have nochancexwith them. And they stopped coming to Operation Sacred Trust which was way easier for me to get to. IF you're a Veteran's widows better pray your help comes from another source. They won't even follow up on Willwriting. SHAME ON A OF YOU. MT HUSBAND SERVED OUR COUNTRY!!!! They may hire new lawyers without a ton of experience but they do try their absolute hardest. J.axel is super kind and sweet and caring. i think he learned a lot working there since i met him almost two years ago now i think. i learned so much about the legal system too. if they help you feel blessed you have someone to help you

My husband was jammed up by a company and went through this process. He was given what he rightfully was owed, just many months later.

I've have been recently evicted by a Scum Lord. All I can say is that Legal Aide has no attorneys to help anyone in this situation, but I do find it very Odd and not very Fair that they do have attorneys for other issues. Me and my Partner had to seek our own attorney and go to small claims court of Fort Lauderdale courthouse and ask for an Indigent Status Applications and both sue the landlord/owner. Respond to the summons and go to court let the court know that it isn't you. But if you were the owner, then you're liable by law to compensate the plaintiff plus interest and maybe an attorney fees. I honestly recommend going into the office. I got great service on site.

I am not a lawyer but I have used their services call Legal Aid Society so you can have an appointment and get help getting back your refund from your landlord
There are a group of attorneys there to help with just about anything, as long as you are qualified to receive assistance from them. Just bring the proper and pertinent information to petition.
