I have month to month rental but because of an arrogant manager and an owner who refused to say anything about his harassment and bullying, they now gave a 15 days notice. How do I fight this notice to gain more time? No money is odd to them.

No one from legal aid will respond to this online question. You will need to go to their office and apply for their services. Then, an attorney or representative will call to advise if you qualify or provide information on low cost attorney's that could help.
