Jay from Auto Computer Specialist treated me with above and beyond customer service from the first day I called. Not only did the tech check my unit, since they didn’t find anything wrong with my unit Jay took care of me letting me know it’s on the house! He also gave me pointers on what to look for or how I can troubleshoot my issue with the car. Jay also offer to look into the other module next to my ECM in case that’s the one that got burned. Look no further as Auto Computer Specialist is my to go place if I have any issues in the future. Kudos to Jay and his team!

I never leave reviews but this one is the exception. I sent a badly burned engine harness from my rare 1990 Power Ram that I was hoping could be repaired. Used or new ones were not available. Well, it was returned in less than 2 weeks looking better than NEW! Even the old connectors (over 10) looked like new! I would not hesitate to send them anything to repair. They are magicians!!

They not only fixed my 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L 24V ECM, Part # 3942336. But they provided detailed instructions on what they repaired. I especially like that they did not spray paint my computer and send it back to me. I could tell that it was mine and I could tell that they opened it and resealed it. Thank you so much for the help!
