7/11/22 Service at the window was great. Friendly and fast. The greeter/front desk woman said we should go to UPS for the VIN confirmation. The registration/title form says they can check your VIN at the tax office, so I'm assuming she lied when she said only some offices do that. I ended up going to the police station down the road to do it for free instead of her suggestion of the UPS notary that would have charged me as much as $70. The Florida registration/title form needs to be fixed or they need to ensure there are VIN checkers available at the tax offices as the form says.

Been here 3 years in a row to renew my vehicle registration/get new tags and I won’t go anywhere else. Every experience I have had has gone smoothly and the staff is professional and much, much quicker than I ever expected from previous DMV and Tag Agency offices I have had to visit. If you live in Broward County and need their services, THIS is the office to go to! The longest I ever had to wait in line to be served here was 20 minutes and that was on my first visit. Every other trip since, I was in and out in 15 minutes or less. You cannot beat that anywhere!!

This was my go to tag place! I came here twice before to get a tile transfer. This last time I went, the supervisor was giving us a hard time saying we needed a photo I.d of the person for the old tile. I was very confused cause they nevvvveeerrrrrr asked for a photo I.d! NEVER! That’s when we felt like we were being profiled. I felt like she thought we stole the car or something. We got the person to print and sign their name on the old tile so why did we need a photo I.d?! All I wanted was to get my new car on the rode to get me from A to B! She was so rude! She don’t know what people be going through! Yes, the wait time is not long but I rather wait 5 hours then having to get disrespected and profiled for no reason!!

Arrive to an agency and check into the kisoks and patiently wait to contact via email on personal phone. The call in can be enduring because of the thick accent so state your purpose otherwise you could get kicked out of line. True experience!!!

If you own vehicle and got a legal name change then its $3.00 to print duplicate car registration. If you just purchased a vehicle then title fees and plate/registration fees.
I would say no.. Your insurance is assessed on your zip code it could be concidered fraud my insurance decreased 50% when I moved from Lauderdale to Palm Bay.. Call for sure
