Great resort. Very cozy and nice rooms, but it can be very foggy in the mornings and evenings. I found about 10 ants in the kitchen, and I called maintenance. They arrived quickly and did something about it very quick. I had a great stay and I hope to come again soon.

I'm a local and have been coming to "Rizzo" since it first opened. It's a home away from home for me. The staff are like family, and the food is delicious. The view is magnificent, and it's an easy walk to the beach! This is a place to have lots of wonderful culinary and adult beverage experiences

My friend's and I visited here on vacation. We brought our kids and they LOVED it. The rooms were lovely, it overlooks the beach, and there are a few pools. Small washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a small but functional kitchen. Beach towels and board games were provided. The resort restaurant seemed expensive for both the quality and quantity of the portions but the cocktails were good.

An amazing and relaxing mini getaway for the entire family. Beach is little walk away but they have free shuttles there and back right out of your room. Very family friendly and if you're not in the mood for fancy dining - there is a bunch of sandwich shops 2 Mins away including a fantastic coffee shop.

If you take Mount Madonna you will get to Seascape resort in 20 to 30 minutes no traffic please don't take HWY 101 traffic is getting worst everyday I hope you enjoy the restaurant with amazing ocean views and the pool with jacuzzi also try going to the 3rd floor just park your car inside the underground garage then take the elevator to the 3rd floor to get an amazing view then come back to the 2nd floor that's where the restaurant and lobby is.
Bring layers! Just like sf depending on what is rolling off the ocean it can feel so cold you need a jacket or so nice you are sunbathing! For the outer layer bring something that reduces wind or keeps some of it out.
No they are not allowed. This is directly from their website: SeascapeBeach Resort is a "no-pets" resort, therefore pets are not allowed in any of our suites or villas. Seascape BeachResort is a non-smoking resort
The beach is accessible by a trail behind the resort. There is a paved path from behind the pool next to the lobby. Go right towards the Bluff patio and take the curve to the left and it will turn a right before you reach the beach patio.
