The increased traffic from businesses and condominiums are affecting travel time for folks living in Aptos hills, and compromise safety of bicyclists.

Quaint downtown area of Aptos. Lots of restaurants and boutique shops as well as a New Leaf grocery store. Don’t forget to do wine tasting while you’re there as well. Recommend

Over 700,000 of course ..like we need more luxury homes during a housing crisis where 10s of thousands sleep outside tonight. Shame on everyone involved in these expensive UNAFFORDABLE LUXURY UNITS.
