My father died with no property,no will,he has money in the bank and some stock in trust for my mother,they're divorced. I am only living daughter. What do I do to close the bank account?

Go to the Court House with all your Paperwork ProBate Court!!! It is Lots of Paperwork

You need to go to the bank and they will instruct you. Also you may need a lawyer as he died intestate which means without a will.
