They may or may not have staff or time. Budgets have been cut by "the government" so they have fewer resources. There is a self-help department in the new courthouse. Call for info and go there. Read for yourself on the Florida Statute pages and informational websites regarding the minutia of the law and how to proceed. You can also contact Broward Lawyers Care; however, along with basic information, they will want you to hire them and fees are high. Let me know what's happening and I may be able to guide you further. Went to law school two years but am not a lawyer. That is a bit if a story. Everyone should learn in school how to navigate the legal system, we just don't do that in the USA
