Weve been the victim of consumer fraud. Went through the BBB , Senior crimes, etc. We were offered a $600 settlement on a $2000 100%fraud. We are senior citizens on SS.Do you take these on a pro bono or contingency basis?

I do not know. You should call them and inquire. Another avenue is to file a petition in Small Claims Court. The self-help department in the Court House can help you. My husband was jammed up by a company and went through this process. He was given what he rightfully was owed, just many months later.

You need to go into the office and fill out a form. The program is to help people who cannot afford a attorney. If your case has potential of you being right by law their maybe grants that a lawyer can acquire to take your case to trial.
