I’m a business owner and I have been in this place for about 2 years with no issues until this past week when I was looking for some equipment in my storage unit and couldn’t find it. My first thought was that it was misplaced in one of my customer properties. After looking for it in several places couldn’t find it. Then a couple of days ago on my way out from my storage unit I drove by their office storage unit located by the gate and it was opened and I noticed that my equipment was inside their unit. I thought nice they found it! Let me ask at the office! And I stopped by the manager’s office and spoke to a lady at the front desk (manager) and her response was so rude and told me right away that that equipment was not mine and she would not give it to me. She said that maybe was similar but that it was not mine and closed their unit in my face. The thing is that I know exactly that such equipment is mine because I personally modified it and have pictures to prove it. My guess is that we probably left it outside my unit forgotten and they kept it not knowing it was mine. I understand that , but I would expect if something is left outside a unit or near one all customers near should be contacted to ask. I was never contacted either by email or by phone to be asked and now they refuse to look at my evidence and or talk about that issue. Such a lame situation only about something that is fair. Managers should be there to provide help and not to create more problems. I felt treated like garbage after being a customer that have been there paying without fault and never caused any problems. Thinking seriously about taking my business somewhere else. I’ll be emailing the district manager about this issue. Customers should be treated with more respect! Update: Issue was handled quickly in an excellent way. District manager Mr Robinson contacted me through emails and over the phone. Always in a very professional and respectful way. I received an apology from the office manager and I’m pleased with the outcome. In this society we need more people like Mr Robinson. People who always in a respectful way strive to find solutions and no to create more. Thank you Mr Robinson and thank you Handy Storage.

You can store small car there
The parking lot is pretty large, although you will want to probably park far enough from the entrance to the main building if you have an indoor unit, for the clearance you are needing to maneuver your stuff inside. If you have an outside unit, you can just drive up to the gate entrance.
