Same here!! I've complained several times! It's just the way they work!
They are the worst. The dont answer the phone, they are rude and disrespectful. The office manager is the worst she knows I dont speak Spanish and she always speaks to me in Spanish. They will not answer the phone or call you back. I have reported then to my insurance company 6 times.
