Jackson is the best customer service representative for USPS in the entire nation. He's always friendly and helpful. The rest of the crew out there are great but Mr Jackson is outstanding.

I went in to renew my passport. The staff attended me in a very friendly helpful way. They reviewed my application and gave advice on how to proceed with payment and mailing. The entire process was very professional and friendly. It took less than 15 minutes to send the application in. Great job!

Ok you need to put on your website that the payments for the passport need to be separate. I had to get my passport today to meet a deadline and since i didn’t have my payment on two separate checks i was turned away. Is it going to the same place anyway?? There’s never a first try success rate here you always have to go back and do something just a little different. Clear instructions online would be great.

Mr. Jackson is one of the best USPS customer service assistants I have ever met. He always has his warm smiles on his face. He is very patient, professional, and prudent. I wish his postmaster will recognize him for his excellent service!
