Just tried to get a change of address form from this location and there were none in the lobby so I asked if the employee could grab me one and she refused because they were going to be closing soon and I would have to come back and shut the door on me.

Get more respectful drivers. The young man that zooms behind Loveland Flats has almost hit my dog or myself multiple times, going MUCH faster that 15 to 25mph (IN A BUSINESS PARKING LOT) and it's becoming a bigger issue. I will be taking this complaint to a real person in an actual office because clearly you ignore any negative reviews made here.

First off, the guy that waited on me was rude right from the start. I was sending a package back and he just took it and put it someplace and I also needed to buy stamps. At other places they've asked me which ones I would like but he just took some out and threw them on the counter and I asked him if there were any different ones and then he took some other ones out. For some reason I was not given a tracking number for that package. I needed to return what was in it because it was defective and they wanted me to send them a tracking number showing that I had sent it and I couldn't do that because he didn't give me one and he didn't ask me if I wanted one. when I went in to show them the receipt they said, "Well, there is no tracking number on here and there's nothing we can do about it." If it wasn't for PayPal who worked on the situation for me and got me my refund I wouldn't have been able to get one because of this rude guy at this post office. The only reason I would go to this post office again is if it was the only one that was open or something. Otherwise I won't go there again.

Been waiting on a very expensive package to be delivered waited in my living room with my blinds open all say since its too big to fit in the mail box, never got delivered. So I called the next day, today to see what was up and they said they didn't have a key there's only one key yet for some stupid unfathomable reason they have several people on the same route. My entire area is surrounded by apartments with locked entry ways. So i guess we all just pay for shipping for a certain day so they can say well the carrier didn't have a key so you can either waste yoy r gas to pick it up or wait several more days for it to be delivered to you. MAYBE. Then the guy I was talking to started getting loud and short with me. Like are you honestly that stupid you can't grasp how angry I have EVERY right to be ? I wasted my whole day waiting for this package and now it's not going to even be attempted for a re-delivery until 2 days after the fact. I did not cuss I did not yell, I was a bit louder than normal as any angry customer would be. Try harder to make your customers feel understood. I remember saying "well In all the time that I have lived here I have never had a problem like this I've always lived in apartments they've always had a key to deliver it to me" where he came back with "Well I just explained it to you so" Not to mention I had to re read my tracking number to him over 3 times you would think after the first time you'd read it back to me instead of wasting more time. I've gone through this location since the day I moved to Omaha Nebraska 9 years ago. And I can say that this one experience has defidnitly ruined my whole relationship with this establishment.
