I couldn't possibly imagine what, and who, United States Postal Workers put up with on a daily basis. With that being said... I've always been shown patience & professionalism at the South Omaha post office, approximately, 24th & L Street. Jessica, and Jasmine, I want to thank you for always being so pleasant, and for having all the answers to my questions. It's refreshing to see employees that continually have such an upbeat attitude!!! It is greatly appreciated!! The USPS is so lucky to have you both!

I been coming to this location for years one of the workers here most rudest person I ever met she should not be in customer service she cant talk to people nice there certain things you just dont say while in place of business me and my husband came up there on tuesday i was not satisfied with the service i received from being there just not professional at all i was very upset i will not be coming to this location for awhile

I had a shipping issue today (nothing uncommon) and I DREDDED calling. Typically the staff here is pretty rude and not very helpful. But today, and my God I wish I could remember his name. I called 5/26/17 at 1:20 pm (the guy that answered the phone) you're awesome. He quickly located my package. It was delivered 2 houses up, which happens all the time with the carriers. Thankfully that neighbor and myself know each other well so I was able to get my delivery other than this man that answered the phone, everyone else I could do with out. 4 stars for him.

I don't like the moping my mail and packages before we get them. Last week a package was cut open and retaped together. And today my mail from a company was cut open and retaped And a while back mail partly open and a package was delivered open and parts for my IPhone was missing from my son. And he did want to go to all the trouble of getting a track and stuff and just brought me a new one when I went to Indian so he didn't have to mail it. I'm tired of my mail being tampered with.
