I went to get my sons passport and the lady doing them was extremely rude if she does not like attending customers then she should find a different career!

I could give this post office more than 2 stars because it has a few cashiers that are very nice and professional. I gave only 2 stars because of that cashier that has only 3 letters written on her name tag. She is not there to help any customer figure out any solution to any problem but she's always willing to give attitude to customers. She is brainless but she thinks she's the smartest of them all. It seems like other people know how unprofessional and rude she is too because 90% of the time I go there, she is the only one who is available, all the other cashiers are busy, she isn't. Unfortunately I got to go to her very often because I don't feel comfortable telling her that I am waiting for another cashier's service.

Horrible customer service The lady who assisted me was extremely rude and had no regard for me or anyone else; she was even telling her coworker how to do her job under her breath while she was assisting me; she was rude and almost hit me with a pen by throwing it on the counter near me; It didn't hit me otherwise, it would have been a different story. IT WAS NOT MY CHOICE FOR YOU TO WORK THERE. if you're going to be so obnoxious Change your career path.

Had my first time passport processed with the help of Lisa. She was super knowledgeable about the process and did the whole thing in like 5 minutes. I didn't know this but she said you can skip to the front of the line if you have an appointment and it's the scheduled time.
