Customer service is the worst! I had a package delivered to my old address that was suppose to be forwarded to my new address!! I have called 6 times as was told by Gary (very rude) twice they would call me back..NEVER happened! Then I was told by Moes that he would check with the carrier and call me back..NEVER happened! The package has not been located and no one at this post office really cares!😡👎👎

Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I’ve never yelled at someone on the phone before but I have called this place twice this year and both times the guy I talked to was so rude and incompetent that it almost sent me over the edge. Didn’t listen to what I was saying, told me I was wrong, interrupted and shushed me, and then when he realized that they actually had been responsible for my missing mail they got even ruder. I didn’t me you could be this bad at working at a post office but it is honestly impressive.

It depends on where the boxes are. But no matter when they get picked up during the day they won't start processing the days mail til around 4-5 pm.
