We have been here for a month and are enjoying it. Very friendly office staff! They are doing a great job keeping everything clean. I had to use their showers at first and was always clean..I also love the huge trees with iguanas and ducks everywhere. I feel comfortable and safe in this little neighborhood. Also the beach is only a few miles away👍

Used to be decent the demographics have moved down, anything not bolted down will disappear. New management has raised long term to $650 a month, amenities are a joke. Has sewage problems, lift stations that don't function properly. GROSS! Avoid this place, you can find nicer parks for a lot less $. Look elsewhere.
