Great experience dealing with the staff at the reception desk for the parks and recreation department. I called 1st, a gentleman answered the phone, took my number and advised me he would call me back in ten minutes. He actually did! I was impressed. He allowed me to asks the many questions I had and tried to help me in finding the best park for my event. I advise him I'll take a look at the park he suggested and if I liked it I would come by. I then went to the office to pay and again, customer service was awesome. I had to commend him. I'm not 100% sure of his name but my receipt says KBOWE. Another great employee worthy of a shout out is Melanie. She was kind enough to follow up with the party rental company regarding sending over the insurance paperwork. I hope the managers are aware of the awesome staff members who represent them daily on the 'front line'. Keep up the good work, we as residents really appreciate it.

Hi I was wondering if you guys have a lightning siren at your park? I live around the area and hear it all the time but can't quite locate where it's coming from. If it's not that park would you know which park has the lightning siren?
