One thing I have learned is you can either invest in good furniture or you can keep buying cheap furniture every 2 years and spend more of your time, money, and frustration looking for a good deal/paying delivery fees. I furnished my 800 sq feet condo with some pieces from Highpoint and it has made me fall in love with this fixer upper. It made it feel large yet cozy all at the same time. I even convinced my boyfriend to buy a dresser from here instead of Ashley as it as a small price difference yet better quality furniture. Staff is nice, helpful and genuine.

They have some beautiful pieces of furniture, but I really liked the lamps and home decor pieces which were very unique. It is a bit on the expensive side, but they do carry high quality furniture. There were some sale items. It is worth stopping by and taking a look.

If you want to spend thousands of dollars and feel like less than a valued customer Highpoint is the place to go. While many things are out of every companies control, so much remains in theirs. How they handle situations and how they provide customer service are just a few. You will wait for your furniture wherever you go but here, you’ll wait even longer. If something finally comes in and is damaged, expect to be blamed and investigated like you’ve committed a crime. Multiple people will need to come see it for their own eyes, pictures won’t be enough, even from their own people. You’ll be asked to wait some more, more people will come again, and then eventually they will just give up and be sure to communicate they simply can’t be bothered with resolving the issue or the money you’ve spent with them. They’d rather get started on treating the next customer poorly - at least they’ll get some money to hang onto for a while. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable, better run company than Highpoint Furniture.
