I filled out and email a form in Feb 2022. I never received any confirmation of receipt. I called and was told that I would need to resubmit everything.

I typically don't do this. But the private instructor - Ms. B was so bad in teaching driving to my daughter. Here's some examples. 1. Ms. B keep asking my daughter stay closer to the steering wheel. We understand she’s not tall like adult (she is 5 ft 4 in) and staying closer to the steering wheel can enable her see more over upfront dashboard. But it’s unnecessary to leave no space between body and steering wheel which she keep asking my daughter do. 2. The seat back is adjusted barely have 90 degree, instead that back of the seat push my daughter bend forward, and my daughter is not allowed to adjust. Ms. B also put a couple pad under her so she need to work hard to maintain her balance while driving. This is like a 3 hours torture. 3. What even worse is, Ms. B always teach my daughter with attitude. I didn’t understand why she need to do that. A. Today my daughter asked a silly question, she knows many people drive like +5 miles above the speed limit. She asked Ms. B if that’s typical and ok? She received long time insulting from Ms. B. Ms. B was yelling to her, and said if you learn this from your parent or family, your family made big mistake and that’s crime. B. There’s another time my daughter driving on the road and saw yellow light, then my daughter stopped at crossing, and asked Ms. B if this is correct behavior. Instead of acknowledging good behavior, Ms. B insulted her again, she’s like ‘You don’t need to talk about it to me, etc etc.’ C. Sometimes, her teaching is even wrong. She always asked my daughter to leave 1.5~2 car length space when stopping behind any other vehicle. Is this normal behavior in NC? I don’t think so. My daughter was kept being blamed because she stayed like one car away from the other car like other people on the road. This space coaching is so wrong. A coach doesn’t leave her real name to people, you can learn something from it. Stay away from such instructor.

They must be great but I wouldn't know. I set my calendar for the days they say they are opening registration but days before the advertised date classes are full. If you want in good luck I quit!

Not in Wake County. The class is a week long, and after a variable wait time that may last several months, the in-car-instruction behind the wheel with a separate instructor is scheduled. The oldest students get priority.
This is for Wake County students. But I wouldn't recommend as every worker for thus program I've come into contact with are all straight up rude, no clue what they're doing, and I wouldn't wish is this program upon my worst enemy.
