DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Made an appointment to get my vehicle inspected. I showed up for them to tell me on the spot that they wouldn't be able to do the inspection. I had failed before which I understood because my check engine light was on. I repaired the issue and all they had to do was look at the light and see it wasn't on but they instead couldn't make the appointment AND let me drive 30 minutes to their shop just to tell me. Absolutely useless company. The best thing for them would be to go under. There's MANY more shops that do everything they do better. I'll never go to them again and I HIGHLY suggest you don't either.

I had a great experience at this location today. Daniel went above and beyond to assist me. It's so rare to find the great service I received here today anymore. From the initial contact until I drove off, he made sure I was well informed and satisfied. I definitely recommend this Pep Boys.

Good experience. Staff is helpful and pleasant to work with. Tires are great and run smoothly. Only issue I have is the edge of my rims were filthy from the tire lube they use. Would have been a 5 star if they wiped down my rims.

The price to change my rear brake pads and rooters for my 2017 Volvo was very reasonable!!! I checked with 4 other places and the price ranged from $460 to $546. When I called Pep boys and was quoted I did not waste any time going there.

The same thing happened to me last week. I made an appointment online, drove all the way over there and then they told me that they couldn't handle my appointment and to reschedule/come back. What's the point then?? Smh.. I won't be back.
Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.

Not 100% sure on radio installations, but I know Best Buy at Concord Mills does.
SLIME Deluxe Repair Kit for $5.88 at Walmart should do the trick.
