Came into the Matthew NC store to purchase my very first helmet! The young man that helped me was patient and kind! This store did not have the helmet I choose in my size. He called another store that had my size & had it sent to his store. When I came to pick it up, he had me try it on before I left. Then he invited me to come back for a night of music there. Excellent customer service!! Above n beyond!!

Plenty of customer service and helpful insightful staff. Knowledgeable and courteous. This is my go to spot in the area for all things for motorcycles other than the HD dealership. Definitely much better prices here. Good quality gear as well.

Everyone there has always been pretty cool and good for a conversation. They also let you browse without harassing you if that’s your thing. I’ve been going to Matthews Cycle Gear for 5 years and store is always clean and stock is decent although if they don’t have they can get it. Shout out to Nate for always being helpful and knowledgeable. Shout to Will for helping me out when picking up a lid yesterday (5/23). These guys ride and enjoy what they do.

Good place to go to if you want to see merchandise and to try on. Do your research before going here. Not a good place if you want to ask questions or seek advice.. etc. I was trying to find a helmet and jacket for myself and was being helped by a sales person. The sales person told me that he needed to step away and that he would return to help me. He never returned. He disappeared from the sales floor . I then went to look at jackets. I tried on several on my own and was able to select one without others asking if I had questions or if someone was helping me. The prices were competitive and I liked the jacket so I bought it. I would have bought a helmet too… but had to go elsewhere to buy it.
