Car wash management team is mediocre on best days. Most days that I visit there are not enough rags set out for wiping the car down(when I ask for them I was told they were out of detergent to clean the rags), vacs are not all operating (on some days only half work properly), the employees that spray the pre wash are only spraying half the vehicle at best. They have not sprayed the passenger side of my vehicle in the last 3 months. When I stop to ask them why entire vehicle isn’t sprayed I’m told they tell them to only spray the whole vehicle when customers ask for it….is this a chemical that I shouldn’t want on my paint surfaces? If you get a monthly membership be aware of the service to expect. This is primarily a management issue as I have tried carrying the membership since Feb 2022 but can’t continue to pay for something that isn’t there every time I pull up to use the facilities. GOOD LUCK! Hope it improves.

They definitely get your car clean. However, there are frequent problems with the vacuum cleaners not working. Also, they close during the week for mechanical issues or for other reasons.
